Hello Hello!

Such a rockin week. It's been a crazy one- that's for sure! Picked up Hmna Escobar on Tuesday. District meeting on Wednesday (with our usual 2 hrs of driving to and from), a Sisters' Conference on Thursday (with about 4 hrs of driving.........we drove thru CHICAGO!!! Woohoo!), and then a baptism on Saturday and Sunday (neither one was for us - but baptisms are baptisms. Awesome, all around!)

Just about every one of our lessons bailed on us this week- so I guess it's a good thing we had lots of other productive things to do instead. Here's a solid highlight though! Tuesday we had our usual appointment with Antonio. Bless his heart. He not only shaved all his facial hair (except for his little mustache) and cut the hair. Yes. Ponytail, gone. It was even a classy ponytail! At the end of the lesson, he asked us why all the men in the branch are clean cut. Ah. Again. Bless his heart. Also he told us that his roommate/close friend wanted to listen to us, because of the huge change he's seen in Antonio in the last few months. Sooooo, we taught his friend, Jaime, on Saturday. We brought Jessica with us too. Basically, you could say we had the "dream team" there. Antonio, Jessica, and the las tres Hermanas. Jaime even came to church with us yesterday! #sogoooood

Short one this week. #notime. We're having a zone activity today.......kickball tournament between all the districts!!! Fun, right? Can't wait :)
